A very ideal location in the heart of the city. Adjacent to Midsummer Meadows with walks along the Cam, Christ’s Pieces and central shopping. This flat is as central as it can possibly get in Cambridge and it’s just so easy to get everywhere. A member of the House of Luchini is always available to answer queries and help.

Space

A bright two bedroom apartment, that is surprisingly quiet for such a central location, with a private balcony for summer meals, and a small communal garden.

Please note: we list the property as a king and double which we keep if four guests book the property. If three or less book we tend to reduce the double bed in the smaller 2nd room to a single to leave more space for the guest.

Transit

The property is right in the City centre so we recommend walking around or if you want to feel like a true ‘Cantabrigian’, hiring a bicycle.

Notes

For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. This will have to be agreed in writing via messages before your check-in date. Should you decline this offer, at your check out date, if our clean team will have to spend longer than their contracted hours to bring the property back to its original condition, you will be liable for the additional charges.

Neighborhood

Cambridge is a truly magical city, and we have left you a small fold away map, and an up to date guide book (which we hope you will leave behind for our next guests). Please refer to the Flat information sheet for recommendations to local eateries, pubs and walks.

Access

Comfortable seating with smart TV and wifi, new beds and easy use galley kitchen. There is a washing machine, and plenty of hanging space, please leave us a note about anything you think needs attention.

House Rules

Once a reservation is confirmed, the lead guest is required to fill in a short online check-in form and upload photos of an ID for ALL adults staying at the property before checking in. On the form you will need to provide: number of guests staying at the property, method of transport (if parking is required where applicable), reason for your trip (business or leisure), lead guest info (name, email, contact telephone number and address) and finally upload copies of IDs for all adults guests staying at the property. This is part of our Risk Assessment Policy and it is done for Health and Safety reasons (i.e. if a fire breaks out, we need to provide details of everyone staying at the property to the relevant authorities). We operate a self check in system and cannot meet our guests to check their IDs in person. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
