Notes

For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. This will have to be agreed in writing via messages before your check-in date. Should you decline this offer, at your check out date, if our clean team will have to spend longer than their contracted hours to bring the property back to its original condition, you will be liable for the additional charges.

Neighborhood

The house is only a short walk from the river Cam. It’s a lovely walk along the river into Cambridge city centre, it will take about 35 mins. If you have bikes or hire them it takes about 10 mins.

Good local pubs nearby are:
• The Green Dragon 8 mins walk
• The Wresters (Thai food) 20 min walk

Great coffee and cakes at Barbarella on Chesterton High St – open seven days 9am – 5pm about 15 minutes away.

There is also a bakery/café called Stir on Chesterton Road. This is about 20 min walk.
On Chesterton High Street, within walking distance from the property, you can find a Tesco Express while a larger Tesco, Lidl & Aldi are all on Newmarket Road which is about 10 min drive.

House Rules

Once a reservation is confirmed, the lead guest is required to fill in a short online check-in form and upload photos of an ID for ALL adults staying at the property before checking in. We will ask you to provide: number of guests staying at the property, method of transport (if parking is required where applicable), reason for your trip (business or leisure), lead guest info (name, email, contact telephone number and address) and finally we request to upload copies of IDs for all adults guests staying at the property. We do this for health and safety reasons (i.e. if a fire breaks out, we need to provide details of everyone staying at the property to the relevant authorities). We operate a self check in system and cannot meet our guests to check their IDs in person. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
