The dining area showcases a captivating part-vaulted ceiling and attractive oak flooring, with double-glazed bi-folding doors that open to the internal garden. Towards the end of the open-plan area, you’ll find a utility room furnished with a washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, and a toilet.
On the first floor, there is a spacious family bathroom and two double bedrooms. Moving to the second floor, you’ll encounter another bathroom with a walk-in shower and a loft-style double bedroom.
Externally, the property boasts charming green spaces both at the front and rear, including a decked seating area in the peaceful internal garden at the back.
There is an allocated outdoor parking space for 1 vehicle space available a few minutes walk from the property.

Please use mats and coasters provided to protect the oak dining table at all times. For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. This will have to be agreed in writing via messages before your check-in date. Should you decline this offer, at your check out date, if our clean team will have to spend longer than their contracted hours to bring the property back to its original condition, you will be liable for the additional charges.
Neighborhood
The property is located in a highly desirable no-through road nestled alongside a charming central green adorned with numerous well-established, attractive trees. A diverse range of local shopping options can be found at Mitcham’s Corner and Milton Road. The city center, Midsummer Common, Jesus Green, and Alexandra Gardens are all easily accessible by foot, bicycle or public transport.
House Rules
Once a reservation is confirmed, the lead guest is required to fill in a short online check-in form and upload photos of an ID for ALL adults staying at the property before checking in. On the form you will need to provide: number of guests staying at the property, method of transport (if parking is required where applicable), reason for your trip (business or leisure), lead guest info (name, email, contact telephone number and address) and finally upload copies of IDs for all adults guests staying at the property. This is part of our Risk Assessment Policy and it is done for Health and Safety reasons (i.e. if a fire breaks out, we need to provide details of everyone staying at the property to the relevant authorities). We operate a self check in system and cannot meet our guests to check their IDs in person. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
